Please read carefully as making a sauna booking or purchasing a Gift Voucher means acceptance of our terms and conditions and they are legally binding

~ All bathers using the sauna do so at their own risk. Bathers with medical conditions, health problems, using prescription medication, pregnant or breastfeeding should seek medical advice from a healthcare professional before using the sauna.

 

 ~ Any person using the ocean or other bodies of water for the ‘cold plunge’ do so at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the bather to ensure they are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to cold temperatures and varied conditions of the ocean.

 

~ The sauna is drug and alcohol free. Smoking is not permitted.

 

~ All patrons will be required to wear appropriate clothing, like swimwear, even if booking the sauna privately.

 

~ Hanging jewellery should be removed before using the sauna to avoid burning.

 

~ Bathers who store items in the small change area do so at their own risk

 

~ Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, children under 12 are not permitted. 

 

~ Unfortunately due to safety and access, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or walking aids.

 

~ The Salty Finn Sauna and our operators do not take responsibility for any damages or liability that may occur.

 

~ The Salty Finn Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated people or for other reasons that may be determined a health and/or safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused entry.

 

~ The Salty Finn Sauna and our operators reserve the right to cancel bookings if required. Refunds or rescheduled bookings will be offered in some instances.

 

~ Bookings are non-refundable however you can reschedule your sessions to another time with greater than 24 hours notice. We are unable to offer an alternate booking for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

 

~ When located in a public space, we ask that patrons are considerate of noise before, during and after your session.

 

~ Prices, Inclusions and Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice

 

~ We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our service to you. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly confidential. We do not pass on or share any of your personal details with any other party.
